Succession letter

Sir

My father got expired in feb 2022 he got agriculture land on his name. We are one brother and two sister. We had applied to transfer the land on all three of us name as mother expired along ago with all the necessary documents
The property is in Rajasthan i live in Mumbai sisters are in delhi the Tahsildar of Rajasthan said I will write a letter to rahilsdar mumbai after all enquiry will transfer the land to ur name. Now the tahilsadar of Mumbai is asking for succession letter.

Succession letter is compulsory?
What is the alternative and other ways to get property on our name because succession is long process and expensive

MY FATHER A AND HIS TWO ELDER BROTHERS B AND C JOINLY OWNDED HOUSE IN ALWAR AROUND 3 YEARS AGO.IN 2010 C FILED SUIT ON A(FATHER) AND B THAT THE ENTIRE PROPERTY BELONGS TOP HIM HE EVEN CHANGED LIGHTS BILLS TO HIS NAME . MY UNCLE B TOLD HIM THAT HE DOES NOT WANT HIS SHARE.YOU BOTH BROTHERS TAKE MY SHARE AND COME TO DECISIONS OF 50.50%PROPERTY.BUT C DID NOT AGREE TO THAT.NOW C EXPIRE LAST YEAR AND B MY UNCLE GAVE AWAY HIS SHARE TO MY FATHER AND MY FATHER REGISTER IT ON HIS NAME .MY FATHER EXPIRED LAST MONTH .LASTLY WE HAVE 2/3 SHARE AND C HOLD 1/3 SHARE. WE NOW REACHED MUTUAL DECISION THAT I WILL HAVE 45% AND C SON WILL HAVE 55% SHARE IN PROPERTY.WE ARE SELL THE PROPERTY IN 7000000.IN THAT 4100000 BY CHEQUE AND REST IN CASH


MY QUERY IS I WILL BE TAKING ONLY 45% SHARE BUT ON PAPER M 66% SHARE .SO HOW TO TAKE THE AMOUNT

NOW THERE WAS MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN US AS MY FATHER HARIOM ALSO PASSED AWAY THIS MONTH WE AGREE THAT I SON OF HARIOM KHANDELWAL WILL TAKE 45% AND SON OF KEDAR WILL TAKE 55%
MY QUESTION IS I HAVE 66% ON PAPER AND I M TAKING 45% HOW TO REDUCE THE TAKE LIABILITY.HOW MUCH AMT SHOULD BE TAKEN IN CASH AND CHEQUE

Urgent gift deed matter

MY UNCLE HAS GIVEN POWER OF PROPERTY OF PROPERTYIN ALWAR .A PROPERTY CONTAINS THREE SHARE .ONE OF THE UNCLE TRANSFER HIS SHARE BY GIVING POWER OF ATTORNEY AS HE IS NOT ABLE TO TRAVEL MY FATHER WENT TO ALWAR TO MAKE GIFT DEED THE PERSON ON FIRST DAY TOLD AMT 85-90 AFTER ONE WEEK HE ASK FOR 180000 AMT .IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO MAKE GIFT DEED THROUGH ANY AOTHER MEANS OT THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY INSTEAD OF GIFT DEED KINDLY HELP ITS URGENT

my father and his brother has farm 11 bigahs which their father gave them out of this 3 bigha are on name of my father but we dont know which are this farm we want to sell them but are not able to what is the procedure to divide 3 bigas from the 11 bigahs .we have case on this farms we won the case but not collect the original jugment from court there is small kalam on this farms wat to do

My father and two brothers have equal share in property now one of His brother wan to gift his share to my father but the property is in rajasthan alwar and he is not in position to travel so wat to do ? Some one suggest u write gift deed in mumbai take his power and register it .kindly suggest best possible way

Property in name of three brothers

my father and two of his brothers purchased property in alwar rajasthan the property is in the name of all the three.one of my uncle hold the possession of the property he does not allow to enter in the premises he had been fighting case from last 10 yrs with him currently the uncle expired who was fighting case with us. he has two son one of his deceased the property has been locked .what shall we do to get our right our advocate suggest u get in to premisies breaking the clock he suggest u dnt file for case first. the deceased uncles son will files the case. so wat if he does not file the case first wat can we do kindly guide as the best possible option

Urgent property matter experts advice

My father and two uncles bought property on the name of all the three in alwar rajasthan.becoz of some disputes one uncle occupied the house and say that u both have given me ur share u both don't have anything in house.my father and uncle filed suit that we have given him as caretaker we have not given any recent consent to him of our shares .the case is going on last ten years recently that uncle diedwho occupied house.what should be do as mutual solution we ask his solution to give us our share but he is not ready it is. advisable to file suit again on him son kindly pls advice .the property is possession with them since 25 yrs
