Illegal usage of electricity Meter by the builder

Sir/madam, In my case, one of the builders used our electricity Meter for construction purpose without our consent, due to which the Reliance Energy limited penalised us with Rs. 1.17 lacs. When we fought with the builder and ask him to pay the penalty amount, he clearly refused to pay the same and also bribed the local police to ignore the case. Now that builder is trying to apply for the fresh electricity meters for the building. Whereas I want to intimate the Reliance Energy to Not to issue the fresh electricity meters, unless he clears off our penalty dues.

I want to file a petition through online high court or supreme court e-filling portal and want to send the same to reliance, that unless my dues are cleared, don't release any Meter.

Kindly guide for the same as to what step I should go ahead with.

Distance between two buildings

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding a safe distance between two buildings. There is already a gap between our building and our next neighbouring building. Now recently our building got redevelop. seeing this our neighbouring building owners are planning to redevelop their building too. but our neighbour building owners are trying to close the gap between our and their building and they are saying that they will build their building just adjacent to our building, which is legally wrong and I want to stop them from this act. kindly let know the procedure as to how I can stop them. Also let know if I can take police/MCGM help in this matter? Your esteemed help will be appreciated.

Property claim

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is pertaining to my property rights in my father's/Grandfather's property.
we are residing in Mumbai. My father expired 30 years back, since then my mother, elder Sister and myself are residing with my maternal relatives (Nana/Nani) due to my paternal relatives harassment. We did not get anything out of my father's/grandfather's property as everything is under my Uncle's (CHACHA) control. And we have very limited proofs to claim that property. Please guide as to whether my case is strong to claim the property with limited proofs?
Currently my grandfather (father's father) is no more, My question is that in case if my uncle (father's brother) expires, can we still claim the property? (Note :All my paternal relatives are illiterate and doesn’t understand anything).

Bmc notice

Few months back we received a notice from BMC under 351 Act saying that our building is in danger and we need to vacate the house. Our landlord wants our building to be redeveloped but the fact is that our building is an un-authorized structure. We are residing in this house since more than 50 years, when there was a chawl and that chawl was authorize. 30 years back our building got converted into building from chawl. Since 50 years we are regularly paying the rent to the landlord and receiving the rent receipt.
Kindly let us know that
• As a 50 year old tenant what is our right?
• In case if the building is demolished by BMC, who will be the rightful to that land?
• What action shall be taken by us to safeguard our house?
