married for 5years and have a 4yr old daughter not accepted,loved all these years. physically,mentally,emotionally financially abused in every way. constantly dragged and forced out of marital home where only my husband me and child lived. now sheltered at parents house.
filed a case of domestic violence against husband and inlaws for royally supporting him and being by his side and provoking him for all this nonsence. they want me to divorce him which i am not able to so trying everything else that i do so.
mediation failed and in court for argument of maintainence that is also being posponded as my husband and inlaws are taking dates with excuses. recently husband stopped all cash resources towards us and asked me to withdraw money from his cr card as he does not have any money.
multiple Police complaints filed against husband still the police was linient towards him and the complaints were not written exactly as i had dictated they have goofed it up.
constant torture from every possible way towards me and my child unable to bear i attempted suicide in year 2012 and was hospitalised. even then the police took no action against him and convinced me not to file any case against him and my husband.
now lawyers asking to proove that my husband physically and mentally abused me... and thats difficult to proove. what should i do?
also how can i fight for maintainence and for shelter and other things for the house?

married for 5yrs with 4year old daughter. housewife not working since marriage. facing physical,verbal,mental,phychological,financial abuse since time of marriage. various threats of life.no any kind of support or shelter from relatives.not loved accepted by husband inlaws and their relatives forced out of marital home.have applied to district court for dv & maintainence. court insisted on mediation. In mediation mediator asks me to give husband a last change as he halfly admitted to abuse. should i give him a last chance its a risk to stay with him mainly as i have already attempted to suicide because of all the torture that happened over 5years time especially its affected me psychologically my husband always keeps himself away from us and i am left to live alone without any kind of help from him or anyone else without any support of any kind. have lost my career as was not allowed to work for so long(B.COM graduate). how much maintainence can i ask if he earns 12,00,000 per annum salary without any tax deductions+multiple online business for which i have no document proof or money proof. what terms do i keep before my husband and court if i am reconsiled back into his life?

i have been going through physical abuse, threats of divorce and life, verbal emotional abuse and financial abuse and have not been accepted by my husband who treats me worst than a servent a doormat and always calls me his mistress and uses vulgar language in front of the child. we were both not accepted not loved and not given priority importance in his life. he provided only as and when he wishes and kept us at his home in mercy only when he wished. i am fed up with him throwing me out of my matrimonial home every now and then with the child and his frequent shouting belittling me his threats scaring.. i dont have a home or shelter currently i have found shelter at parents hm. i have filed for dv and maintainence. court has asked for mediation as per his lawyers. please advice and help

Domestic violence and maintainence case
Dear sir,
the matter is in court for maintainence and my husband has applied for application to court for access of the child and today was the court date. and somehow i failed to reach the court today what could be the consequences? what is injunction order to the say and what happens next? how will it affect the case?
as my lawyer says he put an injunction order to respond to the say for application for access of the minor child and the child is with me. he has asked for another date to submit my say regarding the application of the access of the child. pls help
