Hi,
10 years back, we went to register office and completed a POA agreement for my dad.
He died 2 years ago.
my dad has 2 sons.
i am youngest.
No i want to sell the land or sell my part of land or get my half share separately under my name.
1. Do i have half of the property ownership for myself?
2. Do i need consent with the 1st son to sell the whole land?
3. Can i register half of the land under my name?
i want to have my own share or sell my own share.
Can you pls provide sugessino and guidance.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I wanted to know, in case if the husband do not wish to give wife divorce, even if she insists what can wife do?
in this case, husband has deserted wife since 2.5 years, he was/is even drug addict and as he wants child custody/visit rights, he is not giving divorce to wife.
please help how to handle such case.

In Tamilnadu, my wife is applying for succession certificate for her father's Bank deposits.
We wish to know Whether 3% Court fees becomes payable along with application for succession certificate or it can be paid when certificate is issued.
Our advocate says per amended Tamil Nadu Court fees act 2018, Court fees needs to be paid along with petition.
As amount is substantial, around Rs 25000/-, me being in a tight finance situation now, I am seeking your valuable information to see if I can gain some time.

can a will be challenge on the ground of fake medical certificate .
My father in law made a will in his lifetime , he bequeathed his major part of property to his grand son (daughter's son- daughter is expired ) leaving us only one flat to be divided by 2 sons . the only fault in this will is that the medical fitness certificate provided in the will is back dated and the same is corrected and made with the current date . when the will was made , before 8days of the date of the will father in law was admitted in the hospital and after 10 days he got discharge. and after that the will was made and executed . And it was but obvious no doctor can tender the medical fitness in such situation . My query is that can the will be challenge under this circumstances. Will is filed in the court for letter of administration of administration. Summons is served to my big brother in law but not to us . Grandson filed the case in the year December 2018. Still it is on the stage of Awaiting Summons.
Please suggest us a way to fight .

My father tried to purchase a flat of worth 21 lakhs for which he paid 17 lakhs and asked for registration but the owner denied and told will refund all amount. She gave cheques of the total amount which bounced and based on that we filed a complaint in district court under section 138. In the process she returned around 7 lakhs and remaining amount is still pending. Court has convicted her and asked to return back the remaining amount with interest. But still there is no response and police is not helping. She is freely roaming and living in the same region. What should we do? We want our money back

merei wife ka uske bf k sath aafire hai ye pata chal gaya, uska 2 sal se affire tha..... sab accept kiya usne , maine uske mobile me sab pakad liya........maine usko galti sudharne k liye chance diya.....1 din usko mai sex k liye bola to usne mana kiya...aur bol diya ki mai usko ( bf) kabhi nahi bhul sakti......... maine ye matter serious liya aur hamare dono k ghar valo ko bataya...uske ghar vale aaye aur usko bohat matlab bohat hi mar diya.....aur leke gaye, q ki mai bol diya ki muje ye nahi chahiye...... 15 din k bad wife ne muje call kiya ki main abhi acchi rahungi sab chod diya hai...... main bola its k.....aur usko mere ghar return leke aaya,... abhi us bat ko 6 month complete ho gayae...... vo mere ghar ka sab sansar achhi kar rahi hai .... sab thik hai . lekin vo muje sex k liye ignore karti hai....... bolti hai ki sex kabhi nahi kar sakti meri eccha nahi hoti......bilkul touch nahi karne deti hai.......maine usko puchha ki ye sab q?? tuzhe nahi rehna to tu ja vapas...lekin vo bolti hai kya sex hi important hai kya??? to mere man me doubt aa raha hai ki kya hai uske man me abhi bhi vo ladka hai??? kya vo bhag jayegi kabhi ??? ye sab usko puchha to mana kar rahi hai??? plz advice me

I paid an amount of 50000 to land lord to buy a land and made an agreement called Baina Nama on 50 rupees judiciary stamp paper.
I want to know what happen if i will not buy the land?Will land lord return the amount?
And What is the validity of Baina Nama.

Mother gift deed to daughters
My mother and two brothers own 7 acres of land which is road facing in their name without clear demarcations. My late father had promised to his two daughters that he will give 1 acre each from these 7 acres of land. Now that he is nomore, and we asked for that 1 acre, after years of arguments, they got scared that we might go to court and ask for equal division of land, they agreed to transfer 1 acres land to me and my sister, as a gift deed from my mother.
When we looked at the documents, we saw the two acres were demarcared at the farthest corner of the entire patch of land with no road side exposure, so no way to enter into the land. When asked for some piece of road side land, they are again arguing, that you should take whatever is being given. We don't to divide the land in 4 parts, we just want our fair share of 1 acre which has some road exposure, how can we ensure this division?
