my x-husband has stopped the access of my minor son from last 4.5yrs.he's also stopped giving him the maintenance.i dont want to ask for the maintenance again.but if i want to change my son's name do i have to seek noc from my x-husband,who is not even in touch with my son!!i have the permanent custody.

My husband sold 2bhk flat which was on his name.he has filled a divorce case on me in may2013 and has sold the flat in december 2013.can i get any help? he has also taken away my jewellry by saying security reasons as he asked me to shift to belapur from vasai 2yrs ago before he sent me divorce notice.

my husband has filed a divorce case against me on the basis of cruelty, which ofcourse i deny.he has falsely created such a situation and documents that i take tutions at home which i dont.and showing himself to b jobless whr as he owns a salon which is bought by him after our marriage.he owns a flat which he has sold off widout telling me and much before he sent me notice.am i liable to ask for a share on his property.i am not earning anything.am completely a home maker.can u guide me???? can i ask for a permanant allimony?

i am a resident of maharashtra n as per my knowledge if a mother is the sole custodian then she doesnot need consent from natural father.i have been remarried 2yrs ago as per arya samaj rituals.i have a 5yr old son from my first marriage.my marriage is not yet registered.and so my son has not yet got his stepfather's name.permenant custody is wid me.and my son's natural father has stopped giving his maintenance to my son.nw due to some conflicts my second husband want to file a divorce.and is not ready to give my son his name inspite of living wid me for 2yrs.
how important is the marriage registration before applying for a divorce?

Regarding jurisdiction
My husband has filed a divorce case against me in may 2013.unfortunately am struggling to get out of jurisdiction case put up by me because he has filled false documents to prove the jurisdiction.i want to know what punishment is levied in case the person is found guilty of filling false documents.
