what is period of limitation for challenging in High Court the order passed in revisional jurisdiction of order passed by M.M.U/S127 crpc.

judgment passed by session court on revision of order of MM under section 127 cr.pc. Whether such judgment can be challenged in high court under which provision of law and what is limitation period for challenging the same in high court.

petition U/S 127 dismissed by MM Delhi.Revision filed against it dismissed by session judge, Delhi. feeling aggrieved of session court judgment want to file petition in Delhi High Court.
Please guide what would be the category of the case/petition to be filed in High court and under which Section of Cr.P.C.
Also what is limitation period for the same --is it 30 days or 90 days
which Article of Limitation Act applies in the present matter.
