Dear Sir,
During my service in Army I was gifted swords and Khukhri by various Gurudwaras and units as mementoes. These are seven in number. These are NOT sharpened. After retirement I have settled down at Gurgaon.
During service I used to display these. Now after retirement can I keep and display these swords at my house?
Thanks and regards

Dear Sir,
Relations between my friend and his wife are irreparably strained. My friend, therefore, wants to divorce his wife. Facts are as follows:-
1. Married for almost 18 years.
2. Two children aged approx 14 years and 9 years.
3. My friend had gone abroad for his employment about four years ago and wanted his wife to join him there but she refused. Now he has come back but she has refused to co-habit with him.
4. She does not allow her children to visit their paternal grand parents but sends or takes them to their maternal grand parents. Even with their father she tells them to maintain social distance.
5. He is giving her money regularly for all expenses.
Please advise how he should proceed.
Dear Sir,
My brother-in-law has filed a petition for divorce on grounds of cruelty, desertion and adultery. My sister has also filed a police case with CAW Cell. My brother-in-law has two self acquired houses in addition to his rights in the family property.
One of the self acquired houses is in joint name with my sister.
Does my sister have a right to her husband's property in joint name?
Thanks and regards
Dear Sir,
My sister's husband has filed a petition under Section 13(1)(i)(ia) on grounds of cruelty and desertion. Now he has added adultery to the said petition on baseless grounds and blatant lies. My questions are :-
1. How can he prove charges leveled by him?
2. What are my sister's rights in his self-acquired property and also ancestral property?
My sister has also filed police complaint against him in CAW Cell and also a petition for maintenance because he is not paying her anything for the last about 6-7 months.
Shall be grateful for your expert advice
Thanks and regards
