Dear Experts,
My family is the tenant of a commercial property since 1949. Few years back a new owner took over and filed for eviction. The rent controller judge passed an order of eviction with total disregard to multiple evidences submitted by our family.
I want to file a review application to rent control. What are the chances that same judge will review it? I want to get it reviewed by some other judge. What are my options? Plz advise.

Respected Experts,
A sweetmeat partnership firm was formed by and between 4 partners in 2018 and it was agreed that the business will take place on the said address. The Deed of Partnership does not bears the exact address of business operation, it only states that it's in a building. Further, the deed of partnership was sent for registration with ROF, Mumbai in 2018 itself. In Oct 2020, one of the partners expired. After the death of the partner, the wife of the deceased partner sent a letter to the other partners to include her as a partner by the virtue of clause 11 of the said partnership deed and simultaneously informed the ROF about the death of the partner.
The said Clause 11 reads thus:
"11. Any of the partners shall be entitled to nominate one person to succeed to his share in the partnership and on the death of the partner the partnership shall admit such nominee as a partner in the place and stead of the deceased partner and shall not deal with the other legal heirs of such deceased partner. It is clearly agreed and understood that the nominee of such deceased partner shall alone deal with the legal heirs and representatives of the deceased partner."
On the receipt of the letter sent by the wife of the deceased partner, the other partners got aggravated and threatened to either take a back-step or take your share and/or go away. The other partners do not want to include the deceased partners wife as a partner.
The aggrieved wife approached the ROF to know the status of the firm wherein it was informed that the said firm is under objection due to some incorrect dates.
Please note that Arbitration Clause is present.
Experts,
Please advise whether the Partnership still exists or it stands dissolved?
What legal remedy the aggrieved widow has to fight in the Court of law?
How can the legal heirs of the deceased partner dissolve the firm and restrain the other partners from entering into the suit premises?
Your advice will save someone's life and property.

Hi,
If a "WILL" registered specifies that the testator has only one child. However, the testator has more than 1 child.
NOTE: Testator is uneducated here so a transcriber was used to write the WILL
Is the WILL considered valid?

Request you to kindly help us here by specifying that whether we should launch Adulteration Complaint/F.I.R with Police or file adulteration case against that person in Court. 498,420.467,34 pending against my husband,conditional divorce is taken( MCD)that only after fullfilling consent term divorce is granted,but family cout judge gave MCD decree with consent terms are part of decree.Past 4 years my husband was not fullfiling consent terms( though consent terms were to fullfill the in 20 days after filing consent terms) ,only in last year he fulfilled 2 consent terms partially.1) he deposited money in court but in year 2016 march
2)he relinquished his rights to child in shared matrimonial house( barring 5 instatlments all payments done by me)
All these time lawyer is telling me not to taken any money for education of child from husband ,though Consent term is there.
what should i do ?as as soon as he has changed lawyer recently ,who happens to well known to judge ,when talking to judge ,judge took his lawyers name & said oh this is ----lawyer case ,i will be strict with you if you don't file compromise in 498, its my oral order to file compromise in 498,420 case within 30 days.
But there is arrest warrant application is pending for education fees as per consent term.
One of the term was only after these consent terms were fullfilled i will withdraw criminal /otherwise cases.
pl guide why this pressure on me for withdrawing criminal case first ?

Hi All
Please advise me on below.
My name is Mukesh and got married in Bihar state in 2012. Post my marriage I got to know that my wife is medically unfit due to her major heart surgery which was not disclosed to us deliberatly. Since it was breach of trust I left her immediately one month after our marriage. Its been almost 5 years now she is at her parents place. One year ago I have filed divorced petition in Mumbai as I stay in Mumbai. When they came to know about it they had filed 3 different cases(DV, 498a & 125) on me in Bihar as they stay in Bihar. I was about to get ex parte on my petition as they did not appear for single time during my hearing in mumbai purposely but unfortunetly it got stayed on Supreme court instructions.
Please advice how do I handle this supreme court part?

Dear Sir / madam...
I am having too much of tough times! My wife has deserted me multiple times and was at heights of cruelty through her behavior / deeds with my very old on influence of my mother in law and few of her relatives!
She filed Crpc 125 maintenance on 31-07-15 for 25,000 per month and advance of 100,000. However the Interim order was passed for 5000 per month.
In between this...
1. They assaulted me and my old parents to black n blues for which FIR was filed along with all medical certificates.
2. I lost my job due to physical assault at my office. Gave resignation letter even before filing objection!
3. Gave all the medical certificates about medications and ailments of my father and mother from past 15 years!
Though we gave all this as evidences initially, no use!
4. No counselling or mediation happened!
5. Filed petition on sec. 125 (4) and (5) before 7 months... No objection filed till date!
6. As I couldn't pay IM initially, in my absence... Wife's lawyer managed to issue warrant twice though I paid 20000 initially!
6. 8 months before... NWife's lawyer plays psycological game and had even assaulted, used filthy words on me and my parents. I complained to judge... and the judge warned him and asked to behave himself at court! He asked an apology with me!
Now... Keeping that mind... ( as there are new judges come to court) just to trap me and land me in jail.... He makes false allegations! As they are new judges... Without allowing me to speak.. They shout at me!!! My 70 year old father, 60 year old mother come out in tears!!! My lawyer is good at maintening decorum! Says he can't oppose his own community!!!
Paid balance IM of 60000 last date!
Paid IM up to Date.... But still wife's lawyer not filing evidences! Comea- makes allegations - takes date and GO!
Wife not coming to court from 09 months!!! But enjoying money!
Neither wife coming to live with me, nor her lawyer will file evidence to court and proceed the case further... Just enjoy my money and harass me and my very old parents????
What to do? Job less.! Took loan for interest pledged some gold and managed to pay 60000 last hearing! As warrant was issued!
Took NOC from my lawyer... As he was not cooperating, except come - stand and go type! Only says to pay maintenance on time... but never opposes anything! Very old person!
Please help! I am unable to breath! Knifes at all the directions!
No job, court & cases, old parents, family maintenance, IM, harassments all on one person!
Please help!

Adverse possession
Hi,I have a piece of land ,on the 7/12 the main title is of F E Dinshaw and property card as well, Only the N A order ( which is on our name ) number is reflecting on the 7/12 ,we are in the possession of the said land since more than 32 years,I would like to know the procedure of entering in adverse possession ( later on in 7/12,Property card ),How to file and where to file adverse possession,document required for the process.
