procedures for filing a complaint under Domestic Violence Act on the allegation of economic abuse. if i am the respondent in the said complaint what is the procedure that i should follow till the proceedings are over finally?

suit decreed.plaintiff filed review within limitation but not moved. Subsequently, the Defendant filed an appeal against the judgment and decree and obtained an order of stay of all further proceedings in suit.
I just want to know that
whether review can be moved at this stage?
does the stay of all further proceedings mean Execution proceedings only or it includes review also?
pls give opinion in this regard with citation if possible.

Whether power of appointment/nomination includes power to revoke?
If a person is given power (by way of a deed) to appoint or nominate any person of his choice, whether that power is enough to revoke an already appointed person? Pls give opinion in this regard with judgments.
