Claiming for possession

Dear Members,

My Grand father sold 1 acre land in 1952 to a Buyer which is having 6 cents land of temple place.Later due to severe consequences occurred to buyer after taking that land ,that buyer orally given back that 6 cents of land of temple place to my father in the year 1989.From the last 20 years my father developed that temple place with his own money. Now that Buyer's son is asking to giveback 6 cents of temple place for his own use.Now we are not ready to giveback that temple place ,as the God in the temple is our family god.But the problem is that the temple place is not registered in our father's name.Buyer just orally given back that 6 cents of land of temple place to my father in the year 1989.we are having just possession in that land upto 20 to 25 years.Even we are not having any taxes paid to the temple place(i.e Electricity bill, water tax bill etc).Just our father taken possession & our family members are worshipping the god in the temple and developed that 6 cents of land of temple place.Buyer's son is demanding to give back that 6 cents of land of temple place.Recently we created a private trust on the temple land.

What is the solution for the above to protect our temple place...so that we shall have possession permanently??

Thanking you all....

Succession arises or not

Dear members,

(1)If GRAND FATHER got 'X' properties through PARTITION from the GREAT GRAND FATHER and 'Y' properties through GIFT from his uncle.
(2)After this if FATHER got 'Z' properties i.e(some part of 'X'+some part of 'Y' properties of GRAND FATHER in the above) through PARTITION from the GRAND FATHER and 'Z1' properties i.e(some part of 'X'+some part of 'Y' properties of GRAND FATHER in the above) through WILL from the GRAND FATHER

Now my query is whether the CHILDREN (i.e FATHER'S CHILDREN in the above) get right on the FATHER'S property by BIRTH or NOT from the above??????

Our ancestral temple property

Dear members,

I am from Andhra Pradesh. Our great grand father build a temple near to our house. For the last more than eighty years our great grand father worshipped our Family God in that Temple and after my great grand father my grand father worshipped the God and after my grand father my father and I worshipping the God in that temple which is build by our great grand father. For the last one year not only our family members but also others also worshipping the God in our temple.

We allowed others to worship in our temple. The problem is that without our permission others are now doing alterations in our temple without our permission. Now even they are demanding to hand over the temple keys. The land documents is in the name of my father. What should we do to protect our rights on our temple and to have a authority on the temple.

Shall we create a Trust or Society in the name of temple???
Please give advice??

Thankyou all,

Yours truly,
Kumar.

Partition

Dear gentlemen,

I am having 2 sisters and i am the only son to my parents. We settled our family properties dispute(father's ancestral as well as acquired properties) in Lokadalath by effecting partition under family settlement.Ours is Hindu family and my father is alive.According to our customs we effected the above partition under family settlement. So our 2 sisters got less share in the partition.Remaining big share is in name of my father and myself jointly.During settlement in Lokadalath ours sisters agreed to take less share and my mother desired to leave her share in favour of joint family.so my mother didnot take any share. After some months my sisters are threatening me to give some more share because under hindu law daughters are entitled to equal shares as of sons. But in our case am having the following Doubts..
(1)According to Hindu law ,daughters and sons are entitled to equal share in the parents property. But in our case actually my sisters got less share when compared to my and my father joint share. This because of our customs .Do my sisters succeed in the above case,if they file a case for setaside the above partition?
(2)In the same partition my sisters relinquished their rights in all properties of my parents excluding the properties allotted to them.Do my sisters succeed in the this case,if they file a case for setaside the above?
(3)Do we effect a family settlement or a partition as per customs without considering Hindu law?
