Hello,
I hava a property, the same has been decree to my mother's name few months back. The same has been registered to my mother's name in local municipality. Now a tenant residing there is not ready to evict the place. The problem is we neither have any lease agreement nor do we have any rent receipts. The property is situated in Haryana. My question is that what is the proceudre before sending a notice of eviction? I mean that is there some limitation before sending legal notice such as 5 or 10 years. Please help me with the issue.

I am working with some company and without giving 1 month notice, i have resigned from the job. But i have made breach of the agreement's clause. wherein mentioned about the 1 month notice before leaving the job. I want to know that is there any law under which category. which would make me liable. Also i don't want to serve the company further in future. I know that there is breach of the employers employee agreement. so i want to know that what type of suit a company can file against me in which appropriate court of law.

i had received a cheque and the signatures marked is forged means the signature is of dead person. now what action arises on against that person. is there any limitation to the time because this cheque had been issued for almost past 1 year.

i am insured with bajaj allianz life insurance company under Unit linked investment plan. According to plan i can make partial withdrawal and the same has been done by me on 20/10/09 and the company procedure was fulfilled on 21/10/09. According to the company rules payment shall reached the customer within 15 days of process. now after 15 days the payment has been not reached to me. and they are asking for 10 days more to reach the payment to me. when i asked the reason for the delay they reverted me back by saying that there was technical error in their system and for that they were disabled to make the payment. NOW my question is that whether i can file a complaint regarding this delay to district forum and what would be the reason for compensation if i will file a complaint against the company. please help me.......
