Dear Sirs
Am an artist. Right now am doing the work of drawing pictures as per the order am getting from online outsourcing and delivering it to overseas clients under my on proprietor firm name. I have a logo and name for it. I want to register the trade mark. Which class is more applicable to me. Kindly advise.

i would like to know if there is a word 'kess' (which has no meaning) already registered as a trademark, will i be able to use 'kkesinc' (this word also has got no meaning)to to get a trademark for my company under the same class.Or will this be considered as a similarity as "kes" is in both the words ?

Dear Sir,
We have purchased the artistic work from the Company and paid the consideration for the same. Now we are applying for the registration of artistic work under copy right act. For that we need to have NOC from Artist. Our Agent says that we have to take the NOC from Employee i.e. Individual who created this artistic work. He said that artistic work are created by natural person and not by unnatural person so NOC would be required from Natural person i.e employee of the company. Please suggest do we need the NOC from the company or employee who created this work.

Is there a provision in TM Act where one can file the TM application in any of the TM Registry of his choice as it happens in case of overseas applications being filed in India through Attorney Houses in India.

Hi Experts,
I am running a real estate business in karnataka and also i have taken trademark of the same. Recently it has come to my knowledge some other realator using my trademark name for the same business. Since i have issued notice to him. but no replay from their side. So what is the next step i have to consider . Pls give your opinion

Trade mark assignment
Is it necessary to register the assignment deed of trade mark. if yes what stamp duty it will attract? Can we have one assignment deed for more than one trade mark?
