Will

Dear experts,

If a person "A" makes a registered will today for property1 in favour of person1, then after few months he makes a registered will for property1 in favour of person2. As we all know most recent will takes priority over old will. Is it possible for person "A" to upheld the old will with valid reasons(personel/medical) by any legal means without making new will in favour of person1 again. Regards Venkatesh

Daughters rights in father property

Dear Experts, I need one clarification. P1, p2 and p3 are ancestral(paternal) propertiese which were in my grandfather name still 1980.P4 is the property earned by my grandmother in her lifetime, P5 is the property earned by my father during his life time. upon my father death in 1981 p1 and p2 transferred to my mother name. Property p3 is still in my grandfather name , property p4 is in grandmother name and property p5 is still in my father name. My grandfather died on july1977 and grandmother on September 1989 and my father died on 1981.
Now we are totally 3 childrens to my father, 2 daughters and one son(i.e Me). My both sisters relinquished their rights to entire property in 2011 and then my mother executed giftdeed in 2013 and transferred property p1 and p2 to my name. Now p3 is still in grand father name, P4 is still in grandmother name and p5 is in father name as on date. As we all know SC ruled that there is no share for daughters in father property if father died before 2015. Would you please clarify me do my sisters still have any share on P3, P4 and P5 legally. My mother is alive as on date. Can my mother transfer rights of these property to my sisters by any ways(Wills). If you wish I can request my mother execute wills in my favour for these property. But my friends suggests not to depend on will. There are some technical problems with P3, P4 and P5 to do katha transfer. Please advice how can I take full control of these property and block sisters right(if any) in property while my mother is alive.

Daughters right in father property

Dear Experts,
As we know few weeks back SC ruled daughters whose fathers died before 2005 not eligible for equal property rights, I would like to ask one fundamental question? What if father died before 2005 and mother after 2005? does this rule still applicable even if mother died after 2005? also what are the aspects which allows shares in father property for a girl & what are the aspects which blocks shares in father property? Regards
Venkatesh

Right relinquish

Dear experts,

We are totally 3 childrens(2 daughters, 1 son(myself))to my mother. After my father death entire property(fathers father property) transferred to my mother name.there are 3 three different survey numbers. My sister executed right relinquish to total property in 2011 to my mother. We have not specified induvidual survey number in the relinquish deed instead we just used total inherited and earned property in the deed. After in 2013 my mother executed gift deed in my favour.two property already transferred to my name based on this gift deed another one property which is transferred to my name through gift deed is not yet transferred to my name due to some technical issues. Now whatever the issues we had to transfeer to my name are resolved but sisters send objections to panchayat from their side. will they have any grip no any of these propertiese? Regards Venkatesh

Signed in blank paper

Dear Experts,

Two weeks back govt surveyor came to survey my property once survey is over he got my signature and my mother thumb impression on few blank papers as a proof of survey. I'm not sure whether these papers are just blank papers or stamp papers or non judicial stamp paper or any other valid empty document, since head part of these document is covered with other documents. we both signed on these documents. Now i realized that he may misuse my documents illegally. Is it possible to misuse at any cost?Is it possible for some one to hold grip on property or finance by just holding this unregisterd blank papers? If so what you want me take next action for a precaution to declare them null and void? Thanks in advance
