I LAKKESH FROM TAMIL NADU AND I REQUESTING TO PROVIDE DETAILS TO GET INJUNCTION ORDER TO MY AGRICULTURAL LAND, I DON'T WANT TO KEEP ADVOCATE IN MY CASE, I WANT TO ARGUE MY OWN CASE IN THE COURT, BECAUSE I LOST FAITH IN ADVOCATE, PREVIOUS LAWYER JOINED HANDS WITH OPPOSITE PARTY- AND THE CASE WAS DISMISSED IN MUNISIF COURT AND
NOW I WANT TO ARGUE MY OWN CASE I AM THE POSSISION HOLDER, I HAVE SALE DEED, E.C, ELECTRICITY CONECTION, MOTHER DEED, AND THIS IS ANSISTERAL PROPERTY WE ARE IN POSITION FROM MORE THE 28 YEARS NOW SOME PERSONS CREATING PROBLEMS TO ME THEY WAS GIVING HUGE BRIBES TO GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AND CHANGING RECORDES AND SO MANY TIMES I CATCHED THROUGH RTI CASES. AND ALSO THEY NOT HAVE SINGLE DOCUMENT IN THEIR NAMES THEY ONLY HARASSING ME AND THREATENING .
AND HIGHER GOVERNMENTAL OFFICIALS BOOK THE CASES IN PAPERS ONLY BUT NOT IN REALTY.
SO, I PETITIONER NEED TO FILE THE CASE IN PARTY AND PERSON, IN THE DISTRICT COURT, TIRUVALLUR DISTRICT TAMIL NADU.
SO, NOW WHAT SECTION AND RULES, I CAN GET INJUNCTION ORDER AND HOW CAN I PAY COURT FEES. AND HOW MUCH VALUE OF STAMP I SHOULD AFFIX IN THE PETITION

how to registration of that land which shows records of government land, my parents are agriculturist, which the land is agricultered from past 20 years, 20 years back one of our village person
.....(sold for rupess 9000 for 3 acres of land, & 30000 for 2 acres of land other part of land with registred in one same boundary,),.....
with unregistered documents & and after 10 years the person was died. now the land revenue serviour told that this land is government land & now some persons in our village there are threatening by telling that this is a government land you are not able to continue agricultural activities in that land.....
at present what can we do with that unregistered documents of 3 acres of land , which is now in government land /records.
now where to we approach the land issuee. and plase advice , how to save our 3 acree agricultaral land in Tamil Nadu .
this question i asked preveious week.
i want some sugestions about this case can i elegible to get any land grants from government from district collector & any provisions covers for unregistered documents. any provision for limitation act & spesific relief act for posision holder in the said land

i lakkesh from bangloure my brother maried 10 years back, now he have 1 son (9 years old) & one daughter( 7 years old),& after his wife gone to her mother home during the pregnant time for the delivery.
after some days his wife tourchered to do separate house for them. starting my brother was not cared about his words for making separate house from joint family. due to this she fight with father in law & mother in law & haresed whole family.
after some days my brother made a separate house for him & his wife, children, but she stayed with him only one year eight months.
after some days she not came back to my brother house & so many time he went to her mothers home & called back to her home, she refused to back to her husband.
after some days she filed a maintainence suit against her husbend five years back.
my brother refused to pay maintaiance, he is a daily wage laborer five years back,in that time he is not a financial sound person, he is staying in is ansister property, the property is in father name he not have any source of income, in that time he is in rented house.
my brother told in the court that 'I don't' able to give money, she can come with me , but i am not able to give money i am a daily wage labor my wages per month 4000 rupees, i need to give some amount to my parents & some amount to rent & my personal expenses, she asks per month 5000- 8000, where can i go for that much of money'.
after that my brother not gone to court due to busy in work & she also not gone to court.
after so many years, now she coming to our relatives for compensation of thirty lakhs rupees, but he don't have money and she is harasing day by day more.
last six months back we paid & requested for judgement copy of old case, which was filed by her maintainence suit, now the sirsidar (record room officer) is telling that your judgement copy is missing, i need some time, but there is no response, nearly eigth months are over.
now she was not giving her children's to him, she was not giving opportunity to see childers & to talk, she shown 3-4 times only for 5 to 6 years of period, so my brother is so depressed, now parents are seing girl to second marriage for my brother.
my brother is willing to do any thing to her childrens, but she want only money, she is not willing to join her childrens with her husbend.
1) what is the solution to get judgement copy. & any other procuder to get judgement copy.
2) my brother can go for second marrage.
3) is any other way to avoid with her compensation mater.
4) can any way to see her childerns & to do any thing help for their future plans.
5)my brother was lost so much money for leagle expenses, what he earned that is loing & lost for leagle expense, & her harasements.
so any free leagle based tribunals or some, any provisons are there to tackle her harasment's.
so, please give any sugetions to save him in problems.

i naveen from Bangalore, my cosine brother is maried 5 years before. but his wife is filed a dovery case after the marage of six months till to date the dovery case is going in the court, she filed false statements which is baseless to the law & justices.
the false statements are that she claims that in marare her father gave property, cash of one lakes rupees, car, gold..etc..,
but she not brought any valuables and her father not given any cash, property, car, etc..,
and she also filed harassment case, she stayed only 10 days in the home.
but she haresed severally to my brother,
by saying to my brother to give entire salary to her hand, and to transfer bank balance to her name, and to write my brothers property in to her name.
but my brother not cared her words..
my brother is Hindu she is christian .they both love cum arranged marage, the marage is happened in the church.
what is the solution for this case?

my father brought the site nandini layout bangloure 58, at present it is in corporation & bbmp limits in the year of 1981 with Sale dead & EC, but that time we dont know that is sc/ st grant land & after few years we known that it is a sc/ st land & we buit a house in that place in1985 & they demolished the house with the help of local goundas( land owners sc/ st people)
& we waited some time after that we buit the house in same place in 1989 & til to dade we are in position with all fesilites of bbmp like electricity, sanitation, roads & with water feasility & we paying propert tax from 2002 to 2012- 2013. but now the medileman & land owners relatives gone to the ac court & they applead case against the the servey no... & applead irregularites in the servey no of ptcl act & to cancel the all sale deads happened in that servey no.& finay AC cout favoured to them.
at present what can we do now

I need a format for witnesess evidence of pw2 in cpc
i, filed the O.S case in district court for the partition suit and now i need to present a witnesses in before the Hon'ble court
i filed the O.S case as a party and in person and also i am plaintiff in the case, with out advocate i am conducting my case, so now trial as started evidence is completed by my side and now i need present a witness from my side
i request to provide format for witnesses evidence of pw2 in CPC
