Succession

Is the class 2 {iv} legal heir under Indian Succession Act, can also be treated as "blood relation" to the deceased hindu unmarried person as per law ? because as per registered will of an unmarried woman in favour of her elder sister's daughter, the authorities are not treating the inheritor as her "blood relative" and imposing charges/fees on Transfer of deceased property to her legal heir.

dismissal of criminal complaint

A criminal complaint was filed. Notice for calling of court records was issued by trial court. Moreover additional evidence were also added during the pendant of complaint from time to time
but No notice to respondents was issued. thereafter numerous hearings were adjourned on one pretext or other for about a year. Finally, on a specific hearing date, when the advocate happened to abstain himself from court proceedings due to "no working day" observed on the call of respective DBA and on the same day the said complaint was rejected , whereas advocate was expecting next hearing date.
Since, working of Hon'ble court judges are unaffected by "strike" or "no work" of lawyers, hence "appeal" on that rejection was also dismissed wherein advocate himself placed on record DBA notification, affidavit showing his non-appearance before trial court on the date of trial court order.
As such the poor, helpless complaintant has been left high & dry without giving any fair opportunity to represent before Hon'ble court. ..
Any advice/suggestions are solicited for further course of action, please

document

in a matter before the court, the respondent to get a favourable order placed some document along with written statement as such the case was dismissed but later on when an application was moved by petitioner showing fakeness of document the court recalled its order and in due course held the respondent guilty..
(quantum of punishment is yet pending)
My query, Respected Lawyers, is whether the court would also "consider" punish on account of furnishing wrong document or it is necessary for petitioner to move separate application under crpc 340 later ?

regarding adoption of child

During 1950, my parental uncle & aunt, who were married hindu at that time, were given the responsibility, by their family elders of that time , to braught up a female child whose (child's mother)had expired immediately after birth of the child and her biological fatther also died in 1960s (both deceased were also family relatives) .. And the child was thus brought up, educated and got married by my uncle & aunt, since 7/1/1950 )but With keeping name of her biological father on her educational records, which shows no adoption made. Since my said uncle & aunt had also expired, hence, what is the legal status of my cousin sister's father under laws.. However, my aunt (who died later by my uncle) had made a will in her favour mentioning in the will, which is reproduced "
"... yeh ki mere koi aulad nahi hai. Maine bachpan se hi "xxx Sharma" ko goad le liya tha. Jisko maine aur mere pati ne hi pala va padhaya tha tatha uski shadi ki thi jiska ki vayvahar mere sath achha hai aur meri sewa karti hai..."
Is it a misdemeanor if she has mentioned name of her 'adoptive' father instead of biological father, somewhere else ? if so, how to rectify it Please guide..

Consumer complaint

A consumer complaint has been filed in DCRF.The respondent has furnished written statement in 44 pages and 16 annexures. On receipt, the complainant has found that the mainline documents say (R 8 to 16 ) are clearly forged and respondent story in 44 pages is completely based on those forged documents.
Since the respondent happens to be influential institution both politically and financially. While making complaint the complainant never thought that respondent can stoop to such lower activities. However, now If the complainant simply rebutted the WS in next hearing,it is certain,DCRF will refer to any hand writing expert and in that case it is also certain the report of expert can go favoring OP. Main complaint also revolve around those 'documents'
Under the circumstances, what should complainant choose. Leave the complaint for any wrath of resp (with imposed penalty if any) or fight as a loser?
Please advice as comp.appears in person w/o any adv
