my sister is facing some problem in her life, husband behave rudely with her, slap her many times.
so, presently she stay with us (in our family), she has not decided for divorce.
but her husband call him daily (unnecessary), and coming our home once in every week.
we already say to her husband , we have not yet take any decision, we will give u decision after 6 month..
but he is not ready for that, that reason he coming our house at any time. and making uncessary call. what to do ?? (in legal way) urgent..................

- my sister is decided for divorce and she stay at our home from last 1 month
- her husband is every time calling and force to her for quick decision on the spot.if we not made quick decision then say that he call to his samaj (cast)etc... ... .. he not ready for wait for 6 month
- we are not ready for quick decision...
- so he do harassment by come at our home.. and behave abuse gali etc......
- what should we do???????
- can we file FIR only for harassment by husband at our home

- My sister is house wife
- she has two children. boy (aged 7 yr) and girl (12 yr)
- husband is carpenter
- she got married last 13 years
- she face problem in her life after 6 month of her marriege
- her hasband is bitted and torch-er again and again in silly manner. many time her husband came at my home and claim about money for purchase of home.
- and my father is not capable to fulfill his demand then he slap my sister for that..
- this was continue for many time, but last 1 and half year he changed.
- and he has friend group. he told his friend to go his home any time whenever they free.
- my sister did not like that. she refuse no one of his friend came at home in absence of him...
-- but this was continue ,her husband also give her mobile number to his friend for talk..
- after all this last one year my sister is talked her family problem (mental and physical harresment) to one of his friend naturally and make relation.(as friend)
- her husband is knowing every thing about this that both are talk and his wife talk problem with friend , but after that he did not tell her to stop , but he like to continue this, but one day my sister think that her husband and his friend are planned about all of this.......
- so, last week , she went outside with his friend (husband's friend) for first time for cross check about this all things.
- no reply found from husbands friend...
- now , my sister has 100% sure that his friend and her husband make plan to abuse my sister physically..
- in short --- husband plan is to take money from his friend ...
- give his friend to go to home at any time for time pass etc matter..... i hope you understand the meaning behind the sentence..
please help us in this matter on urgent basis.....
my sister and we want divorce... and we want to take legal action against this issue.........

we have applied for trade mark of our product logo with name.... but our application status is objected.... after the some time another person is used our company product name and our logo.... we have contact that person.. he is reply that i can use your company logo and name as per said my lawyer..you have no any right????/..you can not stop me?????
so plz kindly help to us...
how can we stop that person to use our logo and name in legal way...
and remedy to us for our application status is objected.....

i work in telecom company as a area sales manager .i am onroll employee but under my team there are 20 off roll employees .one of them breaks my trust he sells company's mobiles phone by making bogus sales order and pay its bill regularly so i did not verify as every thing is perfect and as a company rule if mobile provide to customer by making sales order ,and the customers pays the bill for 3 months than there is no problem and after that if customer wants to cancel the connection,they can ..and the employee doing same thing he pays nominal rent of that handset so we cant dought ..i want to know what legal procedure to be done on employee and can i also responsible ?? i know i am also liable but how can i prove my honesty ?? what legal act for all this

We have partnership firm... one of the partner who handle day to day matter and financial decision like to designation as MD of the firm.. and he also like make seal that "Managing Director"
can it is possible in partner ship firm to have MD?
can we permit the partner to make designation of MD and seal ???
i think only Director and MD status permit in company... partner ship firm dont have director and managing director, so please help and clarify this

I have made mistake in deduction from salary 2 leave of one person.. my employer demand person get less pay because your mistake, this amount deducted from your salary and payable to such person.
if justified?

can employee liable to repay amount to employer for any mistake done by her?

Sir,
we are residing in Flat, in there are 24 member in flat, (8 unit(house) in each floor, 3 floor in the flat 8*3=24 member)
the flat / appartment have additional space, so we planing to construct one house in the area for all floor i.e. in additional area 1 bedroom construction for all floor and all member.
so there is any permission required to be obtained?
is there any violation of law for construction of additional floor / house in flat?

We are resident in flat, in flat there is 3 floor , each floor have eight units =total 24 unit/house/members. i want to know there is any law related in which flat i.e. housing society is have to register ? all ground floor member want to construct additional room in gallery section.. it is valid ? so all we think to construct additional room in flat if valid in law ? have any permission required ? and flat does not have any parking plot ? so its compulsory to have parking plot?

i have one old flat.. i want to sale this ..
but in our flat scheme.. any member does not have sale deed. major member at time of booking only pay some amount and balance on monthly installment.
after 20 year.. still we didi not get dastavje. or proerpty document. builder died.. not contactable..
now i want to sale this ,, but due to loan not possible and no document, i can not able to sale proerply
so plz help in this issue..
