Stamp duty for gift of fund transfer by bank from father to daughter. Is stamp duty 1% applicable for movable property also. Is there any maximum cap for transfer. Amount transferred is Rs 50 Lac.

Hello, my father is the co-owner of a property inherited from his father based on a registered Will. The property was jointly owned by my uncle too. 50 % each jointly. Lately my uncle passed away without a Will. My aunt has submitted an indemnity bond to the authorities to put her stake in this property. Can my father or me or my siblings challenge this bond.

I, Samit Thakkar into business of Broking in Real Estate woud like to get an advise regarding what can be done if the manger appointed by a housing society (wherein it is my business place) indulges in doing broking in the same building rather than manage, maintain and administer day to day of affairs of the society.Does any law govern such act of conflict of interest.

Hi i wanna know complete steps for getting married to my girlfriend as both the families are not willing to get us married by hook or by crook and there is a threat of life too. So what all steps i should take to get married to my loved ones without getting hurt to me or my gf. Im in the stage where there is no option for me or gf to make them approve even after explaining alots of time to them that we want to stay together but yet they resists and now it has been now come to the throat for both of us and even if i get married to my gf there would be a very very difficult circumstances of life threat for both of us . So what all proofs are needed to have a healthy marriage for us

When I purchase the land it was urban agriculture land but 2-3 months before my selling of this land it become non agriculture land. So can i take exemption of capital gain tax reinvesting the money to another agriculture land?

Respected sir query regarding standing order of trade union labour of daily wages workers
It has been said in law that standing order cannot be modified upto 6 months on the date it has been come into force and.of there is any agreement between the employer or the trade union than that agreement is accepted
Respected sir this agreement is done by individual workman or the trade union can do the agreement on behalf of all the work men
Can this agreement can be challenged in the law as if we all know sir labour workers are unaware of there rights and results to exploitation of agreement is done which is not favourable to the worker itself can it be ask for change or any modifications

I was having SB account with ICICI Bank.
I have 0 balance in my account
The bank initially refused to close the account initially.
After raising the voice they have closed the SB account.
And now sent a DD for Rs.10.01, when I have zero balance in my account.
Please let me know can I file a case against the bank.
If so, please let me know under which section or Act should I file the case

Relinquishment Deeds or release deed , used in case of will deed after testator death and will is written in Favour of one legal heirs excluding others if all legal heirs are agreed?

Respected members ,I am a private school teacher here,teaching science.One of my colleague also my HOD Here speaks so badly with me ,always complains about me to the principal about even smallest error done on my part that principal insults badly at her saying.That teacher loads me ,I never complain about her errors to principal as nobody wants to bear her grudge as she is too rude.Everyone here knows she has a problem with me.kindly suggest else I will have to leave the job as I can't work with ment pressure at place .

Bike theft in parking premises
hi.. I am a parking contractor with Indian railway, recently a bike was stolen while it was parked in our shed, though we are liable compensate the loss to the customer, but bike turned out to be without valid insurance. even though I am ready to compensate the bike owner is asking for huge amount. (50000rs for 10year old hero Honda splendor), now he has filed a police complaint with GRP, where the GRP police are threatening me of booking a criminal FIR against me. what are my leagl chances,? tomorrow i am going to police station to meet the inspector, kindly suggest me how to handle this situation.
