Dear All,
Need to know the first process in court marriage i.e what all documents are required in filling the papers for court marriage .
I want to file in Dwarka court tomorrow.

Our company having its warehouse in Gurgaon and stores in GGN,FBD ,Delhi and UP. We work on a delivery schedule where two or three stores are clubbed together. On monday we had dispatched goods to DELHI and FBD stores .By mistake person had filled one Vat -3 for both the stores and the value of goods were FOR FBD INR 49920 and Delhi INR 131997 .Total 181917. Vehicle was checked by FBD Sales tax authority near Sarai Chowk and show cause notice was served u/s 31 (2) of HVAT act at 17:50 Hrs and vehicle was detained with goods. They have released the vehicle after taking surety bond and 21st Oct is fixed for hearing.
In the ST Form 38 (Outward ) of Haryana , we had filled all the details of both the destination (DELHi and Faridabad) i.e. address, STN no and date , TIN no of both , stock valyue of both, then how come we can be penalized for tax evasion .
We have no intension of tax evading. How can we prove our point and what documents should we produce in our supporting.
Kindly guide us.....

Marriage happened in Jan'2008
Came to know wife suffering of BPD, in March'2008 due to taking medicine. Tried to ask her but no answer, also taken up the matter with my in-laws but no response from them. My father fell ill in April ‘2008 as he was suffering from Parkinson. He passed away in Aug ‘2008 in Luck now.
I came to Delhi on 22nd Aug’2008. Leaving my wife in Luck now as my
mother was alone and she (My wife) had to return on 30th Aug'2008 .But she had an attack of BPD in 25th Aug'2008 and on 26th her father came and took her to aligarh to get her diagnosed where her medical treatment was going on .Prior to leaving Aligarh we had also got the checkup done by local Doctor (Neuro Surgeon) whose prescripttion was taken up by her father. We tried asking them the details twice in Jan'2009 and Jan'2010 but not getting any answer we send the legal notice thru our advocate in
feb'2010 in retaliation they filed 498a,406 and 125 crpc in Aligarh .All
were complaint case . Cases were transferred to mediation cell at aligarh district Court.After several round of mediation we aggred for the same in Aug'2010 thru payment of money. Terms were of withdrawing of all
the three cases and mutual divorce. But till date they haven't given the divorce. I had then filed the divorce on 31st Oct'2011 in aligarh court on
grounds of cruelty and desertion . In reply to my petition the Ws given ‚ that we had to pay clothes and jewelry .But there was no such agreement. Between us.
Kindly advice what should be my next steps can I file cheating ,breach of agreement and contempt of court and anybody send me the sample of all the petitions which I could change according to my case.

Kindly let me know if the settlement of the mediation cell is a valid documents.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was married in 26th Jan'2008 no dowry exchanged.Wife suffering from Bipolar Deficiency.
Gone to her house in aligarh from Lucknow in aug'2008.Had two meeting with my Inlaws in year Dec 2008 and Jan'2010. After no answer sent a legal notice thru my advocate .They filed False 498a,406 and Crpc 125 at Aligarh.Case was transferred to mediation cell. Settlement was reached in aug'2010 .According to settlement divorce could be taken .But till date they are not ready to give divorce.
I filled for exparte divorce on 31st Oct'2011.The dates were 2nd Dec for Ws and 9th for me to appear .But on 9th other side
had taken date of 3rd jan'2012.
Kindly let me know what should be my next step and can i file breach of contract.iF yes then help in drafting the petition of the same.
