How to get the details of a case just using case number?

Hello experts!
First of all I am not a lawyer and I need your help in an urgent matter.
During background check for my new job, the recruiter company has mentioned that there are some flags raised on Indian financial probity check. They just gave me a case number and no further details. Case Number: COCP-3160-2017 To best of my knowledge there is no case against my name in any court. I have contacted lawyers but they are unable to get further details with only case number. Please suggest if it possible to get further details on this just with case number as I need to give a justification for this coming week. This is very important for me and I would really really appreciate any help on this.
Thank you in advance!

Clarification on calculation of limitation

I have the filed the criminal Appeal case in Punjab high court, chandigarh with delay of 30 days, The registry made certain objections, but I could not collect on the same day. I have refiled after 20 days, and now registry has asked me to add 20 days more in delay, so now delay is 50 days, I have been told that in other states, including the supreme court, the registry gives 28 days for correction of defects. Here, now without any time granted for correction of defects, they straightaway added 20 days, since I have already filed the matter in registry with a delay of 30 days. Kindly suggest

On the second day of marriage, she shares her feelings about her heartbreaking past. she told me that she is forcefully married by her parents and now she is not happy with this marriage. I asked her why u not tell me this before marriage. She said that at that time her parents make a lot of pressure on her that if u don't say yes to do marriage with someone we will stop your studies and keep you inside the home. No job nothing actually she loves someone and her parents don't want to marry him. She doesn't want to live with me also. She wants a divorce from me. what should I do plz suggest? Debaring outsider advocates filing cases p & h high court

Sir,
I filed the case at Punjab Haryana High Court. The registry made objection that, in their rules, non P & H advocates cannot file cases independently unless they appoint Local advocate.
The rules whatsoever made by P & H High court debarring advocates who are not enrolled in Punjab & Haryana bar council, is complete violation of section 30 of the Advocates Act-1961, even if the high court made rules under section 34 of the Advocates Act, as it will infringe the fundamental rights and ultra vires to the constitution of India . Even Delhi High Court Rules too says that rules made by the Punjab & Haryana High court, under section 34 of the Advocate Act are not applicable in Delhi

My Simple query from the Ld experts is that for challenging the validity of such rules, where one should approach High court of the state or the supreme Court of India?
2 Apart from the P & H HIGH COURT, is there any other High court rules, debarring the outsider advocates to file cases in their respective High courts?

Actual period for condonation of delay? read more at: http:

Sir,
I have filed the criminal Revision petition before the Punjab Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, on 06/10/2017, with an Application for condonation period of 35 days. The registry placed certain objections, and the matter was refilled on 30/10/2017 after the correction of defects. On 31/10/2017, the registry placed specific and fresh objection on the period of condonation to recalculated and advice to add 24 days to 35 days. So I have to add 24 days along with 35 days with a total of 60 days. The registry inform me in criminal cases, the limitation keeps on running and unlike civil cases, the limitation will not be stopped once you file the case before the registry, though there is time limit of refilling the matter of 40 days after the correction of defects

1 My query is in Delhi High Court, Hyderabad High court as well as in the Supreme Court, the Limitation stopped once litigant file the matter before the Registry and get the diary number and there is time limit of refilling the matter and unless the fresh diary number is not alloted, limitation period will not continue . The Limitation will continue only when frsh diary number is given. If there is delay in refiling the matter, then the petitioner/appellant has to file the application for condonation of delay in REFILING THE MATTER Whether such practice of Punjab & Hrayana High court registry is legally sustainable? If not, where one should address this grievance?
