Dear Experts,
When it comes to Family Court Act, whats the difference between an evidence marked as an exhibit or as an Article?
If a judge marks an evidence as an Article and keeps it as open (to be discussed during final arguments), does that mean that the evidence has not been admitted?
What are the positives and negatives related to the evidence being marked as a Article?
If this is a bad sign, would going to High Court be of some use?

Dear Experts,
Is there any law / act / rule regarding the MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE LIMIT of Cash Transaction between any 2 Indian Citizens in a day?
If there is one, please help with the relevant Act / Rule / Clause.
Also, if someone does a cash transaction Higher than the permissible limits in a day, what are the penalties related to the same?

Dear Experts,
I have been got the order reading, "The ad-interim anticipatory bail granted earlier is confirmed".
Now, the Chargesheet has been filed by the police.
Do I need to apply for the regular bail?
As such there is NO Time limit mentioned on the AB order while the Interim Bail granted earlier was valid till the date of hearing of AB.
Please advise.
If there is no MANDATORY need to apply for the regular bail, isn't the AB confirmed valid till the decision of the case?

Perjury in divorce proceedings?
Have below queries:
1) Can CrPC 340 Petition filed within a running Divorce case?
2) If not under 340, under what section can a petition for a false statement in Divorce petition?
3) Can such a perjury be filed within the same case of Divorce or as a separate petition?
4) Any citation which says perjury application needs to be decided before the judgment of the main petition?
