is there any exam for registered patent attorney? where can i get the details for this? do any member has any idea what is the qualification required and whether it is conducted in delhi? can't i practise in this area unless i am not registered and cleared the exam?

one person through court purchased bifr company and issued postdated cheques at the instruction ofearliar management of bifr co.cheques where issued on account of pressing creditors.further as per agreement earliar management aggred to clear earliar electricity dues and c.exise liability.earliar managment not complied,not paid aggreed liability,and buy the time and send the cheques in clearing which bounced as payment stopped by drawer. it appears on scruity that their was no liability of pressing creditor and earliar managment on wrong pretxet take the post dated cheques in the name of subsidary co.managed by earliar management.now 138 proceeding is going on.my querry is what will be the defence of drawer and is 138 procedig valid one. what is the remedy to drawer.pl.advice with case law.

Last date for issue of Form 16/Form 16A
In a company TDS amount is credited on the last day of the year i.e,.31 March.
a) Last date for issue of Form 16/ Form 16A is 7th june. (2 months 7 days from the end of the year)in the above mentioned case.

b)Last date for e TDS return of Jan-March is 15 June
My question is
how can one issue Form 16/Form 16A on 7th june (which is the last date for issue of such form) if e-TDS return is filed on 15 June(Last date for filing such return) because on 7th june one will not be having e-TDS acknowledgement number that is to be filled in Form 16 /Form 16A
