Brief facts of my marriage
1. Got married on 24 nov 2012. Wife left my house on 27 dec 2012.
2. I and my wife never consummated the marriage. I and she have accepted this fact in front of judge.
3. Both need divorce.
4. She is MBA and earning more then me before marriage.
5. She is asking for 10 lakhs as compensation but I can give her not more then 2 lakhs.
6. No 498 case against me. She has taken her stri dhan. Her complaint in CAW cell is closed.
7. My father is retired govt employee and my mother is govt. employee. My salary is 13k per month. We have our own flat, my elder sister is married and i am only son of my parents.
Plz let me know can court fix any amount for compensation. I mean I am unable to pay more than 2 lakhs. My case is in tis hazari.

hon sir, with due respect i want to ask my question. recently sexual harshament law is enforced in india but relating to womens we find that womens still not ready to come out for complaints, somewhere there is pressure on mind and unable to spoke against harshment. as a citizen can i prepare quentionery campain in society specialy in industrial zone for working womens and ask them about any harshment. my intention is to provide womens information and there rights. which precaution i have to take, pl guide me.

1. my uncle want to sale his un partitioned share of ancestral land to some another person ,i requested and even offered him that i want to buy.but due to some other reasons he is not accepting my offer,Is there any way for getting my uncle share.
2. My uncle says that he will demarcate the ancestral land and after partitioned he is free to sale to any body he wishes.\
3. The ancestral land is a joint family property but it is under our sole procession.
4.please guide whether i can get / purchase my uncle share through court.

Dear Hon'ble Experts,
A criminal court has issued the following process order,which does not make any sense.
“Pursued complaint verification document. Complainant was promoter of society. He opened an account in private bank and without authority and misappropriated some of the amount. There is no aspect of cheating as such. Issue process against accused u/s 406 of IPC”.
As per the aforesaid process order,the Magistrate is blaming the COMPLAINANT and issueing the process against ACCUSED.
In view of the above,what is the remedy before Accused?
Whether it can be quashed by appelate court
and on what grounds.
If some authority is available involving abovesaid grossly defective and self-contradictory process and its quashing on the same grounds by any High Court and the same please be made public here in the interest of justice.

Am I allowed to file additional proof documents in a writ appeal as the document was received only after the writ before the single judge was dismissed and proves the judge wrong. Or is it advisable to go for revision of the order and later the document will be automatically accepted before the bench. which is advisable to get justice in a good case. Please advise me.

Hi experts. Plz I need ur advise urgently. My sister's marriage was arranged with a guy in Dehradun. We belong to Panipat. First before engagement when they came to meet us they, guy's family said they font need any dowry. But soon after engagement they started showing their true colors... They asked a lot of dowry after engagement was done. Somehow my father succumb tobthem and we agreed to their demands of dowry. But looks lyk they never had enough. Now the wedding is due on Saturday, 18th jan,2014. And just today they are still asking a lot. When refused they said they don't want this relationship and said to come and collect whatever we have given. My father has spent his entire savings in the arrangements and he is under credit till neck. He was literally crying today..
sir plz help me wat legal action can be taken. I mean can we file a complaint againt them. Say for dowry demand or molesting my sister as , if the marriage broke just before three days it will be really difficult for us to find a new match for my sis..

I was working for XYZ company. Company send me to UK for process training and signed a bond of 18months of 250000. After training i came and provided training to the company employees. After few months the process was running good. Just 5 month before expiring the bond i resigned the job due to family problems. Now the company has send recovery of amount 208000. All my gratutity/incentivies are deducted from the bond amount and the company is claiming the remaining amount. Also i was told by the HR that the you need to pay the remaining amount on prorate basis but after i left the company that HR person also left the company and now when i told the Hr manager for the things happened she says is there any return thing that you have to pay on prorate basis. Also i have not received my relieving letter. They have send me the recovery details after my bond has expired in decemeber 2013. They have provided me the details in january 2014. They have provided me the letter of relieving stating with subject to clearing of fund if any. I have emailed them told i am ready to join the company and fulfill the rest of the bond period but they have not yet replied. Please suggest a way to get out of this.

Police not disclosing full info
My husband threw me out of the house for want of money(earlier) and then filed a complaint against me and my parents. The police did not consider our side at all.
We were not given copy of the complaint. Then I filed an rti and after 3 months I received SOME docs today.
His complaint under "domestic violence, inhuman treatment and mental harassment"
-that I am sadistic, mentally and physically unfit to be married and impotent
-that my dad and my relatives have threatened him
-that the same he had informed his hr and after that I wrote to his company
-that co told him your family matters have reached co so you must resign.
Further, although I had asked specifically for ALL the docs copies, they have only sent his complaint xerox copy and nothing else like closure report. Also the day they had called us to the police station his complaint was hand-written. Now his complaint is printed copy with his signature.they have not mentioned the complaint no.
1.Does it mean that the matter is still under investigation? How can I obtain the remaining?
2.Appreciate any interpretation of his complaint also.
3.Can I make use of Rti to obtain any more info about this?
4.Please guide me to proceed further
