sir i m lawyer with one and half year standing in JK high court and jammu district courts. since i cannot move out of Jammu because of family problem so please advice me is there is any possibility i can get a LPO franchise in Jammu or i become an network member of a law firm or i can just be work from home lawyer ... please help me with ur replys and if possible recommend me some law firms or companies of my help.

There is a institution in MAHIPALPUR ,DELHI for Aviation Course.In their web site it is wriitten that their course is recoginised by ministry of education and par with the degree given by the Indian univesrsities.The course is Aeronutical Engineering Course ,4 years.It is coming under Aeronutical society of India.I wish to get a seat for my daughter.

Sir,
My motorcycle was theft same was insured with insurance co. and when i lodge my claim with ins. co same was repudiated by the ins. co on the ground that the ins. co. was delay intimated (two month). while i reported to the police on the same day of theft. after than i lodged a claim petition at consumer court and there i need some jugdement in my favour.

whether passenger in the vehicle insured is covered under third party risk?
There is a case wherein the passenger was traveling in Tata Sumo an accident took place and was greviously hurt. The passenger is claiming under the Motor Vehicle Act from the insurer as the said vehilce was insured by a insurance company for third party insurance.

Hi all, I have filed opposition in a trade mark case in Trade mark office, delhi. The Applicant has also filed a counter statement. Now i have to file evidence by way of affidavit under rule 50 of Trade Mark rule, 2002. I just want to know that whether any fee is to be paid for filing the said evidences?

Dear All Respected Sir/Madam,
There is a shop's land lord demanding to increas the rent by 20 to 25 % after every two years. While there is no any contract, pertain to rent. The person who is owned this shop on rent is form last 20years. The land lord demanding for free his accomodation. While the assesse has not any way of income. In this case what is legal treatment he can get? Kindly provide me.

QA couple with 2 kids was given my ownership appartment on 11m Oral lease-expired in 07.leasee turned out to be habitual defaulter. male commited suicide just few days before agreed period. widow cried for non-eviction agreed on moral grounds. Now i have received a Xerox of Affedavit from nationalised bank where in the widow/leasee has FORGED my SIGNATURE to Aveil a Loan from Priminister's scheme for self-unemployed.Also in it she has claimed that i have given my appmnt on lease for 5yrs for commercial[beauty parlore]activities ;which is totaly wrong.she continued to be Defaulter Q. Iwant to file a complaint/suit for forgery. i want to know whether the Onus of proving the act of forgery lies with me or with offending party?how do i move in such case?Qhow to go about for repossession/eviction in absence of written agrmnt/
