adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 11 July 2010
From the date of supply of certified copy or from the date of communication of the order by the LC, because the order passed by the revenue courts orders are not pronounced in the court, only civil court orders considers as open court judgments. Hence it is the duty of the revenue court to intimate the order personally.
Chanchal Nag Chowdhury (Expert) 11 July 2010
Time starts from the Date of Decree/Order. The time taken to obtain certified copy of the Decree/order is exempted.
See Order 41CPC for Appeals from Decrees or Order 43A CPC for Appeals from Orders.
