Mobile tower in Residential Area

Is there any law in india to stop functioning of Mobile Tower from residential area.If any notification either from High Court / Supreme court kindly send. OR please guide how the functioning can be stopped as it is very dangerous.

As on date there is no law on installing transmitting towers in residential area.

As the mobile transmitters are merely transmitters and usually they donot cause either noise or smoke pollution, so what is the need for chamging the place of installation. Onr thing.

Another the mobile company would be entering into contract with owner of the land how can you prevent it. If one says no and another will offer his property for use.

One in the neighbourhood can go for permanent injuction provided there is proven study that these towers are health hazards. There is no concrete report yet. In my opinion these towers would be as harmful as a mobile phone in your pocket.
