Dear Seniors,

Please help me out...
I am an employee of a private ltd. company doing a job as an asst. Manager (Human Resource & Legal).

I have done LL.B. and a degree of Masters in Labour Welfare.

Now the question is I want to take "SANAD" or Certificate in practice that I can do the practice on behalf of my company...

I have heard that now I can not take this certification because of my job.

Please help me out with your best solutions.

Regards,
Mittal

Dear Anonymous,

I fully endorse what Mr.Devajyoti Barman has said and would like to suggest that you may ask your Company to have a Retainership Agreement with you which will be helpful for Regitration purposes.

Best Regards

Daksh
