Getting appointment after the death of the employee on compassionate ground is no more a right for the legal heirs. It depends upon the policy decisions of the particular govt.

Now after the judgement of Supreme Court no body can ask as a matter of right/routine the job on compassionate ground and the primary cretaria has to be the financial distress which is not evident in the instant case. The departmental rules in this regards are equally important.
