Are there any stautory registrations required for a sole proprietorship firm to provide Human resource outsourcing services.

Thanks for your response. We Are an NGO and we would be hiring Field coordinators for a period of 1 year for providing support in implementing the Field activities though HR Management consultancy firm, who is a sole proprietor. Does the HR management firm require any specific registration to outsource these staff.
