Dear Kavitha Singh,

Only one year from the date of birth and death you can approach the Department of Health and Death to get birth and death certificate beyond that and if the period exceeds three years and there is no entry in the records of birth then you have to approach the Hon'ble Court to get your birth registration. The court will order for paper publication and other formalities to be done. It is a simple process which will be over in 6 months if you comply the court's procedure as stated.

NO I don't agree with all of u.

You can register the birth still now. First you approach muncipality/panchayath authorities. And file an application to register the birth. You have to give notarized affidavit before the RDO. With the permission of RDO the name will be registered with the births and deaths department. any doubt regarding this write here.
