Not help by bank, what can do

My Purse with Debit Card Lost from me in Train Journey in Second Class Sleeper Cauch.then I fully try to contract to my Bank but don’t receive any response then I am immediately Filed first information report in Police station.

After then I receive SMS thought SMS Service a unknown another person use my Debit Card and Purchases Jewelry from Jewelry Shop ( Bank Vendor). After using that person threw out my purse then a another person get and send my home address thought courier.

Please guide me :-

That is Write on Debit Card “ Not Valid Uniless Signed”
I am not signature on debit Card.
Then I meat to Bank Vendor Jewelry Shopkeeper and my Bank Branch and Bank Head officer but not given any response and not ready to any help.

1- What can I take action before Bank Vendor and Bank.
2- My duet on a person he seat near in train journey but I haven any information of name and address that person.

your query is not very clear .. did you report to the police after the tranaction was made or before that.. Also did you file a written complaint to the bank and made a phone call to the bank to deactivate your card as soon as it was lost ?

Thanks for Response and interest my solved the problem.

I filed Compliant before transaction in police station .
Not filed written compliant to the Bank but when not given any response then I send mail but I try as soon as lost my card but that Sunday and not pick up phone when call toll free costumer care Phone number for deactivate my card but till date not deactivate my card ( Till Now inform to bank I receive my card) .

See the normal procedure is that first you should call bank customer care for de activation of the card . The customer care is a 24/7 service and is open on all the days be it sunday or any holiday. If your card was not deactivated even when you called and registered a complaint then the bank is liable. but if no complaint was made then bank hold no liability.
You can only mark a written compalint of your case to the bank along with a photo copy of your police complaint and mention that the customer care did not respond ..
Then the fraud control team of the bank would investigate and then give in a report .. This is all what you can do according to me

I Lost my Debit card on 30-05-10 and many time try to contract to consumer care toll free number but don’t receive any response then compliant before police.
But till now I receive my Card thought courier and also informed to bank.

have received any reply from the bank?

if not make a complaint to the banking ombudsman of your zone also.
