Kindly give the citation of the latest ruling given by Supreme Court. wherein a daughter can ask partition if her parent propety even after of her marriage, as she is still the co-parcener.

In 1986,Mary Roy's case the S.C.ruled that daughters were entitled to an eqal share in their father's property.
