Hi Sirs...I Have got a query on Personal Law...

A backward community Hindu woman married a muslim man..she has not converted to islam...she after her marriage to him ,claims for age relaxation for a government policy applicable to OBC...is she entitled to claim the same taking into account her marriage to an islamic man..

iF SHE HAS NOT CONVERTED TO ISAM THEN STILL SHE IS ENTITLED TO CLIM THE BENEFITS RESERVED FOR BACKWARD COMMUNITY.

if she is not converted, she will have all the privileges of backward community including age relaxation etc.
