CAN PLAINTIFF FILEV ANOTHER SIT FOR THE SAME CAUSE ONCE HIS FIRST SUIT HAS BBEN DISMISSED BY hc & NPLAINDID NOT OBEY THE ORDERS(CONTREMOT OF cOUTRT) DREFEDENT KREPT SENDING RENT BY mo HOW EVER PLAINTIFF HAS GONE ON REFUSING *& BAFTER 16 YERS GAP HE FILED TIS SIUT
WHETHER THIS SUIR WOULD BE VALIUD

If the suit was dismissed for default then the fresh suit with the same ause of action would not be affected by the law of res judicata.
However if the earlier suit was dismissed after contests then a fresh suit with the same cause of action may not be maintainable
