Rectification of purchaser aadhar number in sale deed

My wife has bought a vacant site this year it registered in january 2023 in bangalore
Unfortunately the aadhar number of the purchaser (my wife) is entirely wrong in sale deed the same we idetified 2 days later and then we approached seller but seller refused to come to execute rectification deed
They are saying we cannot come again and again you go and get rectify

The executant (seller) of the sale deed shall execute the Rectification deed and he shall attend to the SRO concerned. Issue a legal notice to the executant (seller) to attend the registrar's office

There shall be clause in the sale deed binding the seller to rectify any mistake found in the sale deed.So request the seller to sign the rectification deed.

The seller is bound by the clauses of the sale deed to execute rectification deed wherever any mistake occurs or rectification is required to be done to the original sale deed if it is found to be erroneous, hence you issue a legal notice to the vendor and instruct him to do the same within 7 days from the receipt of this legal notice failing which you can initiate legal action against him for this.
