Leakage issue

There is leakage problem from upper flat since 2 years .2years back it got resolved when there was colouring work in society.Now 4months ago the problem has again started we have complained to the owner of the upper flat,not much response. My home situation is like the pillars and pop will fall anytime. Is there any law for this to take action ?
Kindly ,please suggest.

You have no option but to file civil suit

Hello,

Yes, you have to file a civil suit against the upper flat owner. I will still suggest resolving the dispute by involving the society members / other neighbors and to get an amicable solution.
