Dear sir,
How can I know the further proceedings of HUDA Double/Multiple allotment cases? Is there any site or something where I can have update regarding this case...I want to know when the Ban on transfer of these properties will be removed. As many people are buyers from these people who are not at fault.

No legal issue is involved. You ask the HUDA authorities whether any removal of the ban on transfer orders receive by theme or not using RTI.

Sir, I asked HUDA authorities, but they are not giving any response.
Detailed discussion as in? This case is going on since 2013, almost 2056 people are caught...& I had purchased from one of these. Now it's 2022 where can I at least get the updates. Like Is the case is still pending in HC or in SC now?
Or any relief has been taken for the buyers like us?

If the case is pending since 2013 it must have been filed by an able, competent and intelligent lawyer, who is well aware about facts and circumstances of the case, what is his/her opinion and advise ?
Why do you need second opinion/ advise from experts on this platform, which may differ with actual position due to limited information posted by you ?

As a layman you can submit an application to the authorities concerned asking for the latest status and the desired information under the provisions of RTI act.
If you do not get a reply within 30 days you may prefer an appeal till the end until you get the information.
