Unregistered society non elected committee members

Building society has not been established since last 4 years and they never shared audit and maintenance receipts what action should we take on the committee members. they pressure on us to pay maintenance otherwise they will disconnect water connection Please suggest whom to contact and will took correct action on them Please suggest for any action from registrar.

It is immeteria whether registered or not.If there appear any malfuntion either in Admisnistration or mainenance of accounts you could enforce the local law to mend it.General body meeting could be callde for to get it registerd either with cooperative or registration department.

Yes. When no society is not established how some people will act as members of society? So you immediately complain to the Dy. Registrar of Cooperative Societies of your district and mark a copy to the RERA.
