Appointing and retiring trustee

is new trust deed need to drafted for appointing new trustees? and what is the procedure for retirement and appointing the trustee ?

What are the terms of the previous Trust deed? If such a clause exists in the last deed, a new trustee may be appointed as per the terms of the trust deed, and the amendment deed also is registered in the same manner as done in the previous trust deed.
