til its under process

Go to Police Station concerned and lodge an FIR for the loss of your mother's document. The online portal may not be responded to due to various reasons. Apply for a copy of the missed document from the Sub Registrar's office concerned.

Obtain certified copy of the document from Sub-Registrar.
Lodge FIR besides publication in local newspapers and a suit for declaration through a local lawyer.

You need to lodge FIR in concerned police station. After registering your complaint/FIR police will provide you a free copy of FIR. Also get published a notice in this regard to local newspaper.

First went to police station for logged the complaint concern police office wasr refuses to take the complaint and he advised to log the complaint on the TN police E service portal as per advice I logged the complaint on E portal no action so far
