Hi,
1)Can a father claim maintenance who has the Title and enjoying income of around 60 acres of land.
2)Can a father claim maintenance from an un employed son.
3)Can a father claim maintenance from his expelled.
Kindly let me know the sections and rulings of supreme court and high courts.

Is it a time pass query? Is it reliable? A father can ask his sons for money. But a father got sufficient property from all sides, such a father cannot ask his un-employed son. You are wasting the time of members of this platform.

If your father has not file the details of his movable and immovable property, you file Interlocutory Application and pray to the court to direct your father to submit the the details of his property.

If your father has lied and managed to take unwarranted order file 340 cr.pc. petition in the same court attaching all the materials of record. Aside, please tell under which act he has taken the order? Cr.Pc or The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act?

The querist ought to have posted the fact, of his father approaching the RDO court and the Order therefrom, before seeking opinion from this platform. In the absence of facts there could be no meaningful suggestion.

Dear All,
My appeal is pending before collector, But my father got arrest warrant from RDO, saying that i should obey the RDO order untill appeal is disposed off.
Now police is searching me with warrant.
Even the high court admitted only my writ but didn't give stay for RDO order.
Seems they feel morally, They admitted the writ only after knowing about my partition suit.
There is a conspiracy to freeze my other legal activities by arresting me, A third person with political backround is trying to buy our properties.
he is the person who is working behind the scenes.
How can i pay the money when i am struggling even for my own expenses, I feel this is as gross violation of human rights.
Looking forward for expert's advise..

How is that the partition suit is filed when the father is alive? What do you mean by from "his expelled"?
What prevents you from posting complete facts?
