Delay by police

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 17 June 2022 This query is : Resolved
I have file case under secy 156 crpc for non-enquiry by police.
In spite of court's order, police did not take quick action.
How can I approach court again against police inaction ?
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 19 June 2022
Seek advise of your lawyer who is well aware about facts of the case which you have concealed in the post.
Pradipta Nath (Expert) 20 June 2022
It cannot be as while allowing a 156(3) petition, magistrate has definitely asked the PS to submit a report on a specific date. Ask your Advocate on the said report or whether any report has been submitted or not. Then take appropriate action.

Police ask petitioner to withdraw the case, further police threatened to submit report against applicant if Rs 3 lakh not paid to IO.
Can I approach court to change IO ?
P. Venu (Expert) 22 June 2022
Please post material facts.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 22 June 2022
Did you record demand of Rs. 3 lakh by IO or you have any evidence for demand of money ?and /or
extension of threat or putting unnecessary pressure to withdraw your complaint as stated by you ?

The FIR is stated to have been registered on directions of Magistrate u/s 156(3) Cr PC, according your aforesaid statement is simply "unsubstantiated, unbelievable and fabricated".

Give counter pressure to the police. What was the last order of magistrate for police inaction? Need to go through the details and facts.

Complaint lodge in following IPC for recovery of minor child & stolen gold ornaments: 379IPC, 364IPC, 344IPC, 385IPC, 504IPC,120B,34 IPC. All gold purchase bill was also submitted. To release my son Rs 10 lakh is demand. But police didn't take any action.

The facts posted suggests deeper issues, in all probabilities, a marital discord. Please stop playing hide and seek with the facts.
Pradipta Nath (Expert) 23 June 2022
I believe you are 498A IPC accused, right?
This is the counter case?
