The question is not very clear.

But use of camera in public places is not prohibited by law. Its use in prohibited areas and private places including toilets is impermissible under the law.

well my concern is using :-

1. it while walking and driving on road and in society open area and common road within society compound
2. while in AGM to record the proceedings. More its in situation at time member go out of limits and start abusing
