Sir,
You need to file suit for declaration you as the owner of the premises on the basis of adverse possession. This suit is to be filed before the civil court of your Jurisdiction. However, you need to establish adverse possession, which is difficult task to do. File electricity, water bills or other relevant documents showing you in the possession since last 32 years.

Yes,you have to file civil suit for declaration of title and have to prove by cogent evidence that you are in possession Of land since more than 12 years and possession was hostile to the true owner.

I concur the opinion and advise of experts, file a suit for declaration through a local prudent lawyer.
