Rent to be adjusted from security deposit

Dear Concern,
Due to covid our business is not reaching the break even. Its be 8 months now & we have exhausted all our savings & loan amount taken from bank. Also we are not able to pay rent to the landlord & requested them to adjust the rent amount from the security deposit, to which the landlord is not agreeing. Need help as what can be done here. Our agreement has a lock in period of 11months, which will end in the month of November-2021.
Please Help.

No legal issue/ dispute involved in the facts, the problem is to be decided mutually between you and landlord.

Tenant can not be escaped from the liability to pay rent to landlord, better try to solve the issue with landlord.

What are the terms and conditions of the rental agreement? What is mentioned regarding the Security deposit? Is it payable after the expiry of the lease period or how?

In regards to security deposit only thing mentioned is interest free refundable deposit.
