I have purchased Land from Mr. A and he sold this to me after executing the Release Deed between all the legal heirs in favour of Mr. A, and now I am owner of the said property for 12 years.
1) After completion of 12 years now can I sold this property to any third party?
2) Can any Legal Heir of Mr. A claim the property after 12 years?
3) Can anyone from the Legal Heirs who had released their rights on property to Mr. A by the release deed claim for the property?
4) Is there any chance in future the Legal Heirs can claim for it?

( 1 ) Yes you can sale the property to any one as you are absolute owner of property.
( 2 ) No, after relinquishment of their rights of property in favour of A, legal heirs can not claim any right and share in property.
( 3 ) No , legal heirs can not claim any right or share in property.
( 4 ] No chance.

However, answer to your question paper is as under :-
1. Yes it can be sold
2. & 3. No, it can not be claimed, if claimed it will not sustain
4. It can be predicted by an astrologer and not by legal experts.
You did not mention about your concern / problem / locus standi and identity, reasons best known to you only.

What is the context for this query? How is that there is the chance for the legal heir of the person who has has executed the release deed staking claim?
