Dear sir, I caught to the police on Open drinking case . And they are took me to police station and they have been taken the aadhaar card zerox also. They told me at that time, go and attend the court and pay the Fine amount of 200 Rs. As same way I attend the court and paid the fine amount. Now iam preparing for govt exams, is this case harmful to me or not.?? And even while applying to any govt exam, I have seen one column like, Do you have any convicted , punishment by law or court... ? I have a doubt that in that column what I have to mention either Yes or not..? If I mention No... It is going to problem or not..? Please suggest me sir..

This is petty offence which will not impact your career or government employment.
This will not even be in the police records while there is a reference to police for a report about your character and antecedents at the time of employment.
You need not mention any thing bout this incident i your application for the examination for government job
