I am SC , I want to land from other SC assigned land, After that I want make a plots layout in Land and sell it to others .

S.C person can purchase land from person belongs to S.C and can further develop the same and sell it in forms of plots with prior approval and permission from Govt or its recognized/authorised body.

Hello,

As per my opinion, you being SC can purchase land from other SC. And you can sell the land in plot to SC community members only. You have to sanction ncessary plans from local village office or city planning office.

Any suggestion depends upon the conditions of the assignment and the locally prevailing laws and regulations. Please note that Land and Land Revenue is a State subject. Each State has different norms.
