Sir i writingly resigned job on 17/05/2017 but appointing authority terminate me from the job ordered on 20/01/2020 taking three years there is no enquiries on me they terminate on probationary rule 1977 how to i approach to accept my resignation

Since you are claiming resignation in 2017, you can represent to the appointing authority to seek relieving based on our resignation letter cited. Hope you have not received any salary beyond 2017?
