Can any expert (Property Lawyer) help me with documents required for buying agricultural land in Telangana?
I'm also looking for some property lawyer preferably from Hyderabad for consulting in this regard..

The seller document with all previously registered documents, EC for 30 years, approved plan copy, whether the seller is having the mutation in his name etc. shall be verified. be careful before purchase. so consult a local lawyer and search in google or just dial Hyderabad.

I agree and appreciate expert opinion and advise of Mr. Kavksatyananrayana.
Chain of title holders (owners) along with last 12 years (if not 30 years) non-encumbrance certificate confirmation from local revenue record is to be verified through a local prudent lawyer.
