Conduct rules for using name plate of ngo on my vehicle

I am Government Employee and as well as associated with Government Registered NGO (Council). Can I use the Name Plate of the NGO with the Number Plate of My Private car? Are Conduct Rules allow me to use the Name Plate of NGO on my Private Vehicle and can I also go to my office by using this Name Plate of NGO?

Your service rules may not permit you to work for any NGO. You can check with competent authority before you decide to proceed as indicated.
